How it all started
Anton, Xander, and Anouchka started small with a big dream: to create a place where collaboration, transparency, and real impact are at the core. In Zwolle, they laid the foundation for what is now TeamValue—a team that works daily with trust and ownership. Driven by continuous learning and The Golden Path, we help organizations become future-proof.
2014/2015
The start of TeamValue
Starting at the kitchen table with the three of us, TeamValue quickly grew into an office in Zwolle. From this foundation, we expanded, driven by a shared dream to make a real impact alongside our customers.
2016 /2017
Building a team
Our team grew gradually, with each new member strengthening our shared mission. Everyone contributed something unique—expertise, fresh ideas, and a shared passion for creating value. What began with a small core has blossomed into a strong, close-knit team.
2018/2019
5 years of TeamValue
For our 5th anniversary, we chose something special: a helicopter ride! From the sky, we proudly reflected on our journey—from the kitchen table to a strong team in Zwolle. It was the perfect moment to celebrate our growth together, both literally and figuratively.
2020/2021
Team building
Our team continued to grow, and in addition to hard work, we always made room for team building. Together, we not only worked on valuable solutions, but also on strong mutual ties (Ohana). From sporting outings to creative activities.
2022/2023
Three FD Gazelle's
For the third time in a row, we received the FD Gazelle. A confirmation that our approach works! It is a great recognition for our team and for the impact we create together with our customers.
2024/2025
10 years of TeamValue
We celebrated our 10th anniversary in a big way: a great party with our customers and partners. But not only that, as icing on the cake, we went to Milan with the whole team for a city trip. Wow, that was so cool!
2030?
One day we'll be in New York
We've been around since 2014, but together we bring over 100 years of experience in the cloud. What began at a kitchen table in Zwolle, Netherlands, is just the start—one day, we’ll be in New York.
