Of course, you can make the IT world as big as you want, but for Franka, Agile Coach at TeamValue, the world is small enough. Franka's brother came into conversation with Anouchka during a project at one of our customers. Together they came to the conclusion: we schedule a meeting with Franka to see if she matches the TeamValue DNA!

IT is not just about technology, but also about people, the process and the end result. “My first encounter with TeamValue felt good!” , says Franka. For her, the most important thing was that she fit into the organization's culture and that she works on the basis of trust. She experiences both at TeamValue. Where in her previous job she was mainly focused on the individual and personal development, in Agile Coaching she is more concerned with team performance. Both in terms of behavioral change, but also in the field of change management. She took a Scrum Master course in the summer (just after she was hired) and she looked for in-depth knowledge of Azure DevOps and TeamNow to get off to the best start. For Franka, her onboarding was, in her own words, taking a warm bath and growing up at TeamValue.

Where she will be in a few years? Franka doesn't really like fixed patterns, but she likes to innovate and discover and get a little better every day. What she does know for sure is that she wants to supervise business transformations and also at a strategic level with multiple clients.

An “old acquaintance” of TeamValue is Glen. In 2017/2018, he did an internship with us as Game Designer of TeamNow. We are pleased that he will join us again from February 2020. We can also welcome a new colleague, Azure Solution Consultant, in early 2020. We would love to introduce him to you soon.

Zdravko did an internship with us in 2019 and he shared the following about his TeamValue time: “My time at TeamValue was great. I couldn't have asked for a better internship. In addition to learning a lot, I was given freedom and responsibility, I was able to conduct research, launched a new website with two colleagues, and I really got a taste of working in a Scrum and DevOps team. Working in this team feels professional, but also like family. Making coffee as an intern is certainly not an option, everything you do at TeamValue has value.”
