Tradition
Something about tradition. Yes, that's Christmas. Traditions are there to honor, follow, and expand. We traditionally thank our network with our end-of-year gift over Christmas. This year, we went out again. But our Account Manager wasn't the only one to hit the road this year... at TeamValue, we haven't done traditional Christmas packages for a number of years. We draw raffle tickets online and won't announce your 'Secret Santa' until just before Christmas. Exciting? Yes! Because who would have drawn you? What will you get? And when and how will you be personally surprised? It will remain a mystery until the time comes. In our opinion, a great tradition to maintain!
Response from one of our relations:
Pascale van Caesar was very happy and thought we did a good job by continuing our end-of-year gift tradition with young local entrepreneur Caitlin from CS Patisserie & Chocolaterie. “That's going to be a treat”.
Secret Santa
Secret Santa? We hear you think... What's secret about that when your employer organises it? It's in the little things in life we know by now. With the budget, a colleague can let their creativity run wild and really surprise someone personally. Because one size doesn't fit all.
And then, in the week before Christmas, there was another surprise! We heard something super cool in our weekly “Who are you going to call?” - an online meeting where team connection is key. The message? We want to extend the warmth and conviviality of Christmas even longer in these cold days where it's not easy for some to visit. So an assignment arrived with a deadline within 24 hours!
- Send us a wish list with something we'll make you and your Ohana - which means family - happy with. What would you like for some extra warmth and cosiness? Are you going to build the lego with your son? Or do some crafting with your daughter? Playing a fun party game with friends? What gives you that warm feeling?
- Do the same for someone you know. Someone who would like to lend you a hand in the warmth and fun of the holidays from your “extended Ohana”. Don't you know anyone? A good cause is also allowed.
Why do we do it this way? The team is at the center. And especially at this time, a solid home base is important. In addition, it's just really nice to get personal gifts and also be able to give something to someone else you want.
Ohana
We hear that word a lot, but what is our Ohana? What does it mean and why is it so important to TeamValue? We want to leave something behind. Something of our own accord for society and our children. Working on cool projects is something you do together. Together with your team. And also with the support of your support at home. Are you already in our network or not? We wish you happy holidays and a wonderful 2022!
